400 miles of intersecting canals. Our large family home has
been specially chosen for its superb location and is equipped
and furnished to the highest standards. The villa is positioned
on a beautiful site - very peaceful and private, yet within
a short driving distance of the Coralwood Mall for shopping,
restaurants, grocery stores and a Multiplex Cinema. We are
just minutes from the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches.
Our home is very comfortably furnished, well equipped, close
to the town Fort Myers, and has a beautiful own screened solar
heated pool. You will find the home of about 1600 square feet
(with double garage) in a quiet and secure living area in
South East Cape Coral. Everything you need for a wonderful
vacation like icemaker for cool drinks at the pool, convenient
sunlounges to relax under Florida's warm sun and a wonderful
sunset every evening. Do you like sports? Well known Golf
and Tennis courses are nearby and popular watersports as well
as relaxing on the famous beaches from Captiva and Sanibel
Island are reachable between 15 and 30 minutes. Within 8 minutes
you find shopping centres, large supermarkets, banks, drugstores
etc. We welcome families with children.
